Working with Windows' registry can be a burdensome task that requires some knowledge about the registry's functionalities.
This program lets you work with Windows' registry in an easier manner than with the built-in registry editor. It offers a more compact view, and a graphic toolbar that is not present in the original editor. Also, although the menu bar is pretty much the same in both programs, Registry Finder's menus feature more options on each menu. For example, in the Edit menu, the program shows additional options such as Mew Key, New Value, as well as Copy/Paste/Delete/Rename options, which are not present in the traditional editor. The same happens with the other menus, thus giving you more options to work with.
Maybe the only disadvantage is that the program is intended only for advanced Windows users, since you will need to know exactly what you are doing when working with this program, or with the built-in editor. Also, the interface may be kind of dull for some people.
Thus, if you are an advanced Windows user and work frequently with the registry, you may want to take a look on this program.
Please note that any change made to the registry can affect the performance of your system, so you need to be careful when using this or any other registry-related program.
